Please consider nominating yourself for a position on the Newlin Greene HOA Board! We need to fill 2-3 open positions.

The Board has seven members who monitor and manage the basic neighborhood functions. We make a budget, collect dues, pay the bills (e.g., landscaping and insurance), and make sure that the grounds are maintained. 

The HOA is also seeking a volunteer from the Bailey side of the neighborhood for the Architectural Review Committee. After an initial meeting, the work will be done remotely and will involve reviewing on-line requests for exterior modifications.

The walking path is reopened. We are looking at options to have the remaining debris removed.
