HOA Notice about Cell Tower Installation
Posted on Jun 13th, 2020
The Newlin Township Board of Supervisors recently made us aware that a cell tower installation is being considered on the property to the west of Bailey Circle. The coordinates suggest it will be located roughly behind 100 and 102 Bailey Circle.
The proposal is for a 149’ cell tower (the current code limits cell tower height to 120’). The application was filed for by Samuel and George Wickersham, who own the land. We have posted the permit documents provided by Newlin Township to the Newlin Greene website (newlingreen.com) under
other documents / Cell Tower.
The next meeting of Newlin’s planning board is scheduled for 6pm Wed, July 1, 2020 at the Township Maintenance Facility (where we vote.) The proposal will be discussed at that meeting.
If you are interested in approaching Newlin Township in an organized fashion to oppose the cell tower installation, please contact Caroline Haas (chaas2046@verizon.net) after reviewing the documentation available at www.newlingreen.com.

Just received a note from ATT Attorney stating that a balloon test is re-schedule for June 26th, 2020 7-9:30am.
PLEASE BE ADVISED, that given the time it will take to prepare photo-simulations from the photographs to be taken on Friday, AT&T has notified Newlin Township that it is re-scheduling its Planning Commission presentation from July 1, and moving its presentation to the Planning Commission meeting now scheduled for July 22.
