Fire Coverage

We are covered by PoMarLin Fire Company, about a mile away in Unionville on Rt 82. Our Fire Fighters are all Volunteers. In 2014, Newlin Township enacted a fire tax to help support the three Volunteer Companies that cover all of Newlin Township. The rest of the income necessary to constantly maintain our Fire Companies and train our Volunteer Fire Fighters comes from an Annual Fall Fundraising Letter Request and an annual "Thank You Volunteers" Party and Fundraiser to recognize the fire fighters dedication and efforts. 
 
Medical Emergencies

Ambulance response with trained personnel is provided by Longwood Fire Company.  They can bill for their services.

 
Newlin Fire & EMS Support Committee

This Volunteer Committee supports all aspects of our Volunteer Fire Companies, with emphasis on insuring financial stability, increasing community support and encouraging residents to become more involved in the PoMarLin Fire Company. They host the Annual Community "Thank You Volunteers" Party and Fundraiser.
